Step 1.Your phone must be rooted! (Tutorial How to Root Samsung Galaxy Y)

Step 2.Download and Install root explorer.

Step 3.Open root explorer and go to system/then click on R/W

Step 4.Open build.prop with text editor  rename this line...
ro.product.cpu=armeabi
to
ro.product.cpu=armeabi-v7a
(As show in Pic.)

Save the changes

Step 5.Restart your phone and you are done

Enjoy Armv7 games on your qvga and hvga armv6 device!

Tested on Galaxy Y and Lg Optimus one.
